How do I reschedule my Virtual Training Session?
Please reply to your Virtual Training session confirmation email with suggested days and times that the session can take place.
How do I receive a refund?
Refunds for Virtual or In-person training will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Virtual and In-person training can be rescheduled. In-person training can be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Do I need to provide a training facility for in-person training?
If meeting outside the Grand Rapids, MI area, it’s the responsibility of the athlete to secure an appropriate training facility for the scheduled session. Within the Grand Rapids area, the training location for high school athletes is their school’s field.
Who can be present at my training session?
Parents, coaches, and trainers are welcome to attend training sessions. Any additional athletes seeking assistance will be subject to the session fee.
May I record my training session?
Athletes are welcome to capture non-audio recordings of their sessions.
Can I post to social media about my training session?
Still images and non-audio recordings of training sessions can be used on social media. Please tag EWS_Mentality on Twitter and Instagram.
How can my organization sponsor or partner with EWS?

How do I receive an autograph?
To receive an autograph, please send the item to be signed and a prepaid addressed envelope or label to the following address. Items without a prepaid envelope or label will not be returned to the sender.
